Position Overview:
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a project team to deliver Salesforce solutions around business processes to clients. This role is for someone experienced in working with business stakeholders and guiding them through best practices for using Salesforce to automate and optimize business processes. You will lead meetings, such as discovery sessions and solution reviews, and you will own the solution design for your client. You will also be responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of the project to the stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leading discovery sessions that demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, structure, and security models
- Performing data clean-up and complex loading functions using Data Loader and Dataloader.io and/or providing data best practice recommendations to team members and customers
- Utilizing expert knowledge in sales, service, and marketing, as well as industry-specific business knowledge where applicable, to support the clients’ project needs
- Designing complex sales and service solutions, as well as solutions for multi-platform and specialty projects, using both standard and custom functionality
- Providing clear direction and concise feedback to team members on client-facing documentation including project scope, proposals, designs, amendments, and change requests
- Leading all project management activities for the customer engagement, including the setup and maintenance of time tracking software, delegation and follow-up on tasks, and creating weekly status reports
- Developing relationships with client decision-makers and confidently demonstrating business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholders, during both the Torrent sales and service phases
- Identifying and communicating project risks and issues in a timely manner and developing and managing risk mitigation plans when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery
- Modeling leadership to team members by executing a high level of work, ensuring that project coaching is a key element for all project team members, and taking a lead role in enablement meetings and internal company presentations
- Actively ensuring project team members are following operational excellence criteria including logging time, escalating issues, and participating in project team huddles
- Proactively communicating as resource needs fluctuate on projects, allowing for creative staffing and growth opportunities for team members

Required Abilities:
- Superior organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver your message to varied audiences
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High level of comfort with a fast-paced work environment and ability to adapt to changes in processes or company culture
- Ability to learn new computer applications and skills quickly
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically (on average 25% of the time) to client sites, sometimes on short notice
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 6+ years Salesforce experience preferred or equivalent Consulting experience
- 4+ years of people management experience preferred
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Two of the following:
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Health Cloud Accreditation
- Three Other Specialist/Consultant Certifications
Physical Requirements:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another
