Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ten years related experience OR Bachelor's degree and six years related experience.
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (BI).
• Experience creating relational database queries.
• Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
• Project management and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Forms/defines specifications for moderately complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains existing applications.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devises programs, systems and procedures to process data.
• Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution.
• Prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts.
• Encodes, tests, debugs and installs operating programs and procedures in coordination with operations and users.
• Reviews progress and evaluates results.
• Reports inconsistencies to management and suggests improvements.
• On-call support rotation after hours and/or weekends may be required.
