Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support commercial processes and enterprise applications across Sales, RGM, Finance, and IT in New Haven, CT. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving process improvements and operational excellence.

You will support Salesforce administration, reporting, and system enhancements while partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize business workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or related experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration, support, or business systems experience.
• Experience supporting commercial business functions within Sales, Finance, or RGM environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integrations, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and reporting platforms.
• Experience with Power BI; SQL experience is a plus.
• Comfortable supporting applications hosted on Windows servers; MobileFrame experience is a plus.
• Understanding of SOX controls and regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across business and IT teams.
• Project management, AI, and automation experience are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce administration, user support, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Partner with Sales, RGM, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve business processes.
• Support integrated enterprise applications, including Salesforce, SAP, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data flows between systems to ensure data accuracy and process effectiveness.
• Develop and support reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and application governance standards.
• Participate in application implementations, testing, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements.
