Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator in a 200+ user organization.
• Two years of experience facilitating or supporting agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 530+ users.
• Handle basic administrative functions using ServiceNow including user account maintenance.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
