Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ. Overview

Location: Bridgewater, NJ - Onsite Tue, Wed, and Thu (Monday and Friday Remote)

Looking for an enterprise BA role across Marketing, IT, Product, and CX teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with the various areas of business, lead discovery workshops between Marketing, Product, IT/Data team etc.
• Gather requirements.
• Document End-to-end business processes (customer lifecycle journey maps)
• Document Business and Functional requirements
• Work with the business and IT team to clarify any questions and act as liaison.
• Coordinate and facilitate the UAT
• Experience working in Agile framework is a plus.
• Understanding of Bynder - Digital Asset Management tool
• Business knowledge of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and CX is a plus
