Purple Drive is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in McLean, VA to lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into delivery-ready user stories and specs. You will coordinate with UX, development, and QA to ensure correct implementation, and you will support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews with clear prioritization.

You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and mobile development, ensuring traceability from objectives to delivered

Qualificações

• Must gather and document business needs across teams.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across business, product, and tech.
• Hands-on with Salesforce-based programs, Experience Cloud or Loyalty Cloud preferred.
• Proficient in Agile Scrum delivery and backlog activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions across business| product| and technology teams
• Translate business needs into clear| concise| and delivery-ready user stories and functional specifications
• Work closely with UX| development| and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented as intended
• Support backlog grooming| sprint planning| and sprint reviews with accurate and prioritized requirements
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders| Salesforce implementation teams| and mobile development teams
• Ensure traceability between business objectives| functional requirements| and delivered functionality
• Support change management by assessing impact and updating documentation as requirements evolve
