Job Description

• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify gaps and design future‑state solutions within Salesforce.
• Solution Design: Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, data models and technical specs, often configuring declarative features (workflows, flows, objects, fields).
• Project Management: Manage the product roadmap, backlog refinement and scope for Salesforce projects working with Agile/Scrum.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users (Sales, Service, Marketing) and developers/admins, presenting solutions and progress.
• Testing & Deployment Support: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for new releases.
• Data Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights, build reports and manage data integrity.

Core Skills Knowledge

• Salesforce Platform: Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
