Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Detroit-area team. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into Salesforce configurations, reports, and data models to drive business outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and IT, manage backlogs in Agile/Scrum, support UAT, and ensure data integrity and effective reporting for ongoing Salesforce initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and documenting in BRDs/PRDs.
• Ability to design Salesforce solutions including declarative features and data models.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.

Job Description

Requirement Gathering: Elicit and analyze business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.

Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify gaps and design future-state solutions within Salesforce.

Solution Design: Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, data models and technical specs, often configuring declarative features like workflows, flows, objects and fields.

Project Management: Manage the product roadmap, backlog refinement and scope for Salesforce projects working with Agile/Scrum.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users, Sales Service Marketing and developers/admins presenting solutions and progress.

Testing Deployment Support: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for new releases.

Data Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights, build reports and manage data integrity.

Core Skills Knowledge

Salesforce Platform: Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).

Business Analysis: Requirements engineering, process modeling, UML, Agile/Scrum.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with integrations, data migration and system architecture.

Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication, technical and non-technical presentation and interpersonal skills.
