Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer with Amazon Connect expertise to design, develop, and maintain integrated contact center and CRM solutions. The role focuses on Apex, LWC, flows, and CTI integrations, delivering scalable, reliable customer engagements across Salesforce and AWS.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, follow best practices, and optimize governor limits while building and troubleshooting integrations with external systems in a modern cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services.
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, triggers, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including CTI, softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows.
• Configure and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows to support contact center requirements.
• Develop and integrate AWS Lambda functions and related AWS services such as Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis as required.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop solutions that follow Salesforce development best practices and platform governor limits.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, integration, and performance issues across Salesforce and AWS environments.
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud and Amazon Connect solutions.
