Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, triggers, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and governor limits.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, triggers, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect (CTI, softphone, call routing, IVR, contact flows).
• Configure and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Develop and integrate AWS Lambda functions and related AWS services as needed.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or similar CTI integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and governor limits.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing for quality and maintainability.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on Amazon Connect experience to design, develop, and maintain integrated contact center and CRM solutions. This role combines Salesforce platform development with cloud telephony and contact center technologies to deliver seamless customer engagement experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce–Amazon Connect integrations, along with experience troubleshooting and optimizing integrated Salesforce and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, triggers, and Flows.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including CTI, softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows.

• Configure and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows to support contact center requirements.

• Develop and integrate AWS Lambda functions and related AWS services such as Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis as required.

• Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop solutions that follow Salesforce development best practices and platform governor limits.

• Perform code reviews and unit testing to ensure solution quality and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, integration, and performance issues across Salesforce and AWS environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5–6 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and integrations.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions.

• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and governor limits.

• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations with external systems.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.

• Experience with advanced Amazon Connect contact center implementations.

• Experience with AWS services including Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis.

• Based in or near Atlanta, Georgia.
