Harri in New York is seeking a Salesforce Architect to own the strategy, design, and long-term scalability of Salesforce across the Harri platform and adjacent systems. You will partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep the CRM scalable and well-documented.

You will lead data model design, security, and multi-system integrations, delivering AI-powered automation and phased implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience with CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect credentials are a strong plus.
• Certifications in Data Architecture and Management, Sharing and Visibility, or Integration Architecture are beneficial.
• Experience designing complex account/data hierarchies and object models for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce automation and AI tooling experience with measurable impact.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, Gainsight, Looker, BigQuery, Ordway, and similar software.
• Experience leading data migration and ETL efforts in large-scale implementations.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy, design, and architecture across Salesforce and related systems.
• Map business processes and data flows to maintain a scalable, source-of-truth data model.
• Lead AI strategy within Salesforce, building automation to reduce manual work.
• Drive discovery, scoping, and multi-phase roadmaps for Salesforce initiatives.
• Design and maintain core account hierarchy and junction structures for reporting.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce security models, backups, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Admins/Developers to translate designs into tested solutions.
• Monitor platform health and address scalability constraints.
