Job summary
Honeywell Technologies in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager of Salesforce Architecture & Engineering to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and more. You will partner with stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, and AI-enabled platform innovations.
You will report to the Senior Director of Engineering and operate on a hybrid schedule with initial 90 days onsite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
- 7+ years hands-on Salesforce platform development and architecture.
- 3+ years leading Salesforce development, architecture, or engineering teams.
- Experience designing and building enterprise Salesforce applications.
- Strong expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Platform Events, and security/sharing.
Responsibilities
- Own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce apps.
- Design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise processes.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and development frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide oversight for major initiatives.
- Drive adoption of Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and related capabilities.
