Job summary

iO Associates is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360 and core Salesforce platforms in Brooklyn. You will design scalable, secure solutions and collaborate with data teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Data Cloud, APIs and MuleSoft, plus driving architecture reviews and governance. Permanent, full-time position in NYC with opportunities to shape enterprise Salesforce strategy.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce experience and architecture exposure.
Significant hands-on experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud/Data 360.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture across Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360 and core Salesforce platforms.
Design and implement Agentforce solutions including agents, topics, actions, grounding and automation.
Architect Data Cloud solutions covering data ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, unified customer profiles and calculated insights.
Design integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs, MuleSoft and event‑driven architectures.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and practical technical solutions.
Lead architecture workshops, technical design sessions and architecture reviews.
Establish best practices around Salesforce security, data governance, integration and performance.
