Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead and manage multiple Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a Salesforce certification and a strong background in Apex, Flows, and LWC configuration. This role involves technical leadership, design documentation, and collaboration with clients and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. The position is fulltime and based remotely in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Architect required.
• Experience with Service Cloud implementation in at least one project.
• Management and delivery of at least 5 Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Propose and document high-level design options for all stories in JIRA.
• Lead technical discussions during project discovery and design reviews.
• Attend all story grooming sessions and document technical details.

Role: Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

• Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Architect Platform required
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Aura, and LWC configuration
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications and Field Service Lightning
• Management and delivery of at least 5 Salesforce projects
• Experience with Service Cloud implementation in at least one project
• End-to-end on-time delivery of projects to production
• Propose and document high-level design options for all stories in JIRA, following Salesforce best practices
• Coordinate design/code reviews with client architects for approvals
• Lead technical discussions during project discovery, PI Planning, and design reviews
• Attend all story grooming sessions and document technical details
• Participate in all agile ceremonies
• Document and deliver Conceptual Design Document (CDD)
• Collaborate with developers to resolve technical impediments
• Work with Release Engineer to keep the Master Manifest up to date
• Be prepared to contribute to development efforts if required
