We're on the hunt for a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design and development of our Salesforce platform. As a technical expert and mentor, you'll oversee and guide our team of developers, driving innovation and excellence in our technology stack. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role, with a strong development background.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including architecture, design, and development.
• Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity.
• Familiarity with Copado DevOps platform (nice to have).
• Experience with MuleSoft (nice to have).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for guiding and developing others.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including high-level stakeholders and our in-house Salesforce administrator.
• Mentor and guide developers across the organization, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Oversee the integration of third-party vendors and platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange.
• Work with the development team to implement and optimize Copado DevOps platform.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
