Job Title: Salesforce Architect (OmniStudio)

Location: Remote (USA)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Salesforce projects with OmniStudio components.
• Define technical architecture, solution design, and development best practices for OmniStudio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and related components.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and coding standards.
• Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deploymen
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) – OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, etc.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Components.
• Experience in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer) strongly preferred
