Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/SWE or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with a corporate application development teams focused on call center application such as CRMs and/or Logistics platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment preferred.
  • Experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
  • Experience managing user access, permissions, and licensing preferred.
  • Experience supporting MySQL or similar relational databases preferred.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems preferred.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages preferred.
  • Lead or managed supporting APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications supporting Service Operations.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with application issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with application upgrades, configuration changes, and system maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support application testing, validation, and change management activities.
  • Support Salesforce Service Cloud administration and operational activities.
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, license assignments, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Perform periodic reviews of user access and system configurations.
  • Support case management workflows, queues, routing rules, and operational enhancements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and deployment validation activities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve system adoption and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the maintenance and operation of database and DataMart environment.
  • Execute data validation, quality reviews, and operational support activities.
  • Assist with database troubleshooting, maintenance, and system enhancements.
  • Support data integrity and continuity across supported platforms.
  • Support Linux-based environments and operational infrastructure supporting business applications.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with API integrations and system connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Support deployment and configuration activities across supported environments.
  • Respond to application incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem resolution efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Service Operations, Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders on system-related initiatives.
  • Provide backup support and operational continuity for critical business applications.
