Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an Application Developer to support enterprise applications and operational systems used by the Service Organization in San Jose, CA. You will manage Salesforce Service Cloud, databases, and automation, collaborating with business and technical teams to keep systems reliable and secure.

Ideal candidates have a CS/SWE degree and 2+ years in enterprise app development, with experience in CRM platforms, MySQL, Linux, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SWE or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise application development teams (CRM/Logistics).
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment preferred.
• Experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and licensing preferred.
• Experience supporting MySQL or similar relational databases preferred.
• Experience with Linux and scripting (Python/JavaScript) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, maintenance, and enhancements of enterprise applications for Service Operations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Assist with application upgrades, configuration changes, and system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures, and standards.
• Support testing, validation, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system adoption and operational effectiveness.
• Provide backup support and continuity for critical business applications.
