Job summary

Gogo Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to optimize business processes by administering and supporting our Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as the critical liaison between technical teams and end-users to maximize platform value and align with company goals.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across functions. You will develop reports, participate in testing, and contribute to training materials and user guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
Salesforce Platform Administrator certification preferred.
Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform Administrator II certifications desired.
Familiarity with third-party integrations and data migration processes.
Experience developing training materials and conducting user training.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for end-users; provide ongoing Salesforce support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement Salesforce improvements.
Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visuals.
Partner with architects/developers to test new functionality and participate in UAT.
Assist in training new users and build training materials, guides, and best-practice docs.
Perform admin tasks including user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
