Job summary

Gogo is seeking a talented Salesforce Analyst to join our Denver team. You will optimize business processes by providing admin and technical support for our Salesforce ecosystem and serve as a bridge between technical teams and end-users to maximize platform value.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong Salesforce best practices and a proactive mindset. You will manage reports and dashboards, participate in testing, and help train users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve day-to-day technical and usability issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, scope, and implement improvements that align Salesforce with company goals.
• Manage and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools.
• Partner with architects and developers to test and validate new functionality before deployment, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in the training of new users and help grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
• Help develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenance.
• Perform routine internal system audits and help prepare for system upgrades.
• Create and customize objects, fields, formula fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes to improve user experience and productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
• Familiarity and experience with third‑party application integrations
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions
• Exposure to working in Agile delivery environments

76,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive
