Job summary

Gogo is seeking a talented Salesforce Analyst to join our team in Colorado. You will optimize business processes by providing admin and technical support across the Salesforce ecosystem, acting as a liaison between technical teams and end-users.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Base pay ranges from 76,000 to 95,000 USD annually with additional incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve day-to-day technical and useability issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, scope, and implement improvements that align Salesforce with company goals.
• Manage and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools.
• Partner with architects and developers to test and validate new functionality before deployment, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in the training of new users and help grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
• Help develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenance.
• Perform routine internal system audits and help prepare for system upgrades.
• Create and customize objects, fields, formula fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes to improve user experience and productivity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
• Familiarity and experience with third-party application integrations
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions
• Exposure to working in Agile delivery environments
