Job summary

Gogo Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to optimize business processes by administering and supporting our Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as the critical liaison between technical teams and end-users to maximize platform value and align with company goals.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across functions. You will develop reports, participate in testing, and contribute to training materials and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certification preferred.
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform Administrator II certifications desired.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and data migration processes.
• Experience developing training materials and conducting user training.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for end-users; provide ongoing Salesforce support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement Salesforce improvements.
• Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visuals.
• Partner with architects/developers to test new functionality and participate in UAT.
• Assist in training new users and build training materials, guides, and best-practice docs.
