Job summary

Notion is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator / Sales Business Systems Analyst for our San Francisco office. You will own configuration, design, and optimization of Salesforce, CPQ, and related sales processes, collaborating with a cross-functional Corporate Systems team to deliver durable solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in sales systems analysis or Salesforce support, CPQ experience, and strong Sales Cloud expertise.

Qualifications

Salesforce Admin certification is required.
7+ years as a Sales Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce support.
Experience with CPQ implementation and quote-to-cash processes.
Strong Sales Cloud knowledge: Flows, validation rules, reports.
AI-native builder mindset for AI-assisted development.
Ability to map processes and translate to user stories with stakeholders.
Experience in Agile environments and working with development teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvements.
Drive tasks end-to-end: requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, launch, support.
Manage Salesforce configuration with change management and sandbox-first development.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Corporate Systems to deliver durable solutions.
Configure Salesforce data models including Accounts, Opportunities, lead-to-opportunity processes.
Provide day-to-day system support and unblock workflows.
Ensure thorough testing and clear communication for system changes.
Explore AI-accelerated workflows to streamline seller processes.
