Job summary

Capital Numbers Infotech is seeking a Salesforce Developer with Agentforce AI/Data Cloud expertise to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions and AI-driven automation. Knowledge of CPQ is desirable.

You will build and optimize Agentforce AI agents, integrate Data Cloud capabilities, and implement robust Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL solutions. Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

35 years of Salesforce development/configuration experience.
Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integrations.
Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce design patterns.
Experience with Agentforce prompt engineering, skills, and actions.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications preferred.
JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II is a plus.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Agentforce AI agents, prompts, skills, and actions.
Configure Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) for data integration, transformation, and AI use cases.
Build integrations using APIs, connectors, and event streams.
Develop and troubleshoot Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers, and integrations.
Support testing, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and Agile delivery.
Collaborate with architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and performance.
