Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a hands-on Agentforce & Data Cloud Architect to own and optimize the intelligence layer of our Salesforce-powered platform. You will lead architecture, develop solutions, and troubleshoot data ingestion, grounding, and security across the Data Cloud foundations.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, Flow and Apex experience, and strong credentials in agent-based AI solutions. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver scalable Salesforce AI solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with strong architecture and implementation expertise.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Deep Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and implementation knowledge.
• Experience with data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and optimization of Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, grounding, security, and agent configurations.
• Build and maintain scalable Data 360 foundations for AI-powered use cases.
• Configure Agentforce topics, actions, sub-agents, and Prompt Builder assets.
