Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking an Experience Architect to design Agentforce-powered experiences and lead GenAI initiatives for Salesforce ecosystems. You will collaborate with the AI team to deliver client-focused solutions, architecture, and strategy that drive measurable business value.

You will translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce designs, mentor teammates, and stay current with Salesforce capabilities across Service Cloud, Einstein, and GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Ability to drive requirement gathering
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
• Hands on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value through storytelling
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions
• Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
• Translate business outcomes into measurable ROI
