Prophecy Technologies Corp in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Salesforce professional to serve as an Agentforce Solution Architect. This contract hybrid role focuses on designing and building AI agents on the Agentforce platform for critical sales use cases.

You will leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Flow and Apex, configure Data Cloud, and integrate Agentforce with external systems via APIs. You’ll test, tune, and deploy agents, and support live demonstrations and client workshops.

Qualificações

• 10–14 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Expertise designing and building AI agents on Agentforce.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience including Flow and Apex.
• Experience configuring Salesforce Data Cloud and API integrations.
• Hands-on integration with external systems via APIs.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Salesforce professional to serve as an Agentforce Solution Architect. This role involves designing and building AI agents on the Agentforce platform for critical sales use cases, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails.
• Develop supporting automation using Flow and Apex within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Configure Data Cloud for ingestion, calculated insights, and triggers to enable proactive agent actions.
• Integrate Agentforce with other systems via APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Test, tune, and deploy AI agents, providing support for live demonstrations and client workshops.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce professional, specifically with Agentforce.
