Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies is seeking an Agentforce Specialist with Salesforce depth to design and implement AI agents and integrations. The role requires hands-on experience with Agentforce, PD1 certification, and extensive Apex/LWC development across Salesforce platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years Salesforce experience, strong API testing skills, and comfort working in a global delivery model within Agile environments, SAFe preferred.

Qualifications

• Agentforce experience: minimum 6 months required.
• Salesforce: 8+ years experience required.
• Salesforce PD1 Certification
• Experience building AI Agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• 1+ year of experience with test automation frameworks
• 2+ years of API testing and data validation across distributed systems
• Experience in global delivery with distributed teams
• Experience in Agile environments; SAFe preferred
• 3-5 years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce
• 1+ year of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
• Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT (preferred)
