Amazon is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for the Key For Business Salesforce instance. You will support core functionality and new development for thousands of internal users across a global base.

In this role you will own technical aspects, partner with product owners, and proactively identify Salesforce-enhanced processes to scale with the business. You will handle support requests, training, and major project rollouts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 2+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, with risk and critical path management
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of the Amazon Key For Business Salesforce instance (integrations, data quality, configurations)
• Partner with system owners to deliver tailored solutions and drive business value
• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to improve processes and productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support major rollouts, training, and end-user troubleshooting
• Manage Salesforce support requests and escalated administrative needs with prompt resolution
