Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce integrations and data quality for the Key for Business Salesforce instance.
• Configure Salesforce features: user management, security, objects, layouts, validations, workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver tailored solutions and improve user experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to streamline processes and scale rapidly.
• Support major project roll-outs with training and end-user troubleshooting.
• Manage support requests and resolve admin issues promptly.
