Coherent Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a global client’s sales organization. You will own end-to-end Salesforce solutions, drive configuration and release delivery, and provide direct user support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong knowledge of Flows, SOQL, and Apex, and excellent communication skills to partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance in a fast-paced environment

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flows (record-triggered and screen) and data models.
• Understanding of security configuration (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing).
• Read and troubleshoot SOQL, Apex, Flows, triggers, and batch jobs.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or Data Import Wizard and bulk data operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and high support ticket volume.
• Customer-service mindset with willingness to provide direct user support via Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions from requirements to release.
• Configure and maintain Flows, objects, fields, layouts, and Dynamic Forms.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review logs, and collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Handle user access, data corrections, and process troubleshooting with AI-assisted tickets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to clarify requirements and plan sprints.
• Manage user licenses and bulk data operations; build reports and dashboards.
