FNBO is seeking an experienced Application Administrator or Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our enterprise applications and supporting infrastructure. You will collaborate with business units and vendors, patch and deploy updates, and build critical reports to drive business value.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proactive learning, and adherence to banking policies. This is a hybrid role with in-person collaboration three days a week and remote flexibility two days a week.

Qualifications

• Experienced Application Administrator or Systems Analyst with hands-on management of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for escalation support and data reporting.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with business units, capability owners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and configure system application and supporting infrastructure to meet business objectives.
• Monitor, patch and deploy changes on the application and supporting infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain system reports and data analytics.
• Lead assigned team projects and mentor junior team members.
• Understand and comply with banking policies and critical incident response requirements.
