You will translate business needs into technical requirements, configure Salesforce, and collaborate with IS leadership to prioritize the backlog.

The role focuses on business analysis, system configuration, documentation, and change management, with hybrid work options in Missouri and opportunities to drive strategic technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration or business systems experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce: flows, objects, page layouts, picklists, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document business needs.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
