Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Required Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including Flow automation and security.
- Experience with nonprofit organizations and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows and dashboards.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with good UX.
- Manage Salesforce security, roles, permissions, sharing, and OWD.
- Support integrations with third-party apps like Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, and Apsona.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to improve Salesforce adoption.
