Job summary

Anthropic, a safety-focused AI company, seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform powering Partnerships, including deal registration, partner attribution, co-sell, and cloud marketplace operations.

You will implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation, integrate with cloud marketplaces and PRM tools, and collaborate across Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Finance. AI tooling will be a core part of the workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Experience designing and building Salesforce integrations and automation in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform constraints, governor limits, and bulkification
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools as part of the build and review process

Responsibilities

• Design and build Partnerships infrastructure in Salesforce, including deal registration workflows, channel-conflict detection, partner attribution, and partner account hierarchy
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following internal standards
• Build and own integrations between Salesforce and partner-ecosystem systems such as cloud marketplaces and PRM tools
• Configure partner-facing portals with proper sharing, visibility, and license-model design
• Use Claude and internal AI tooling as part of the build and code-review workflow
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure data-model decisions support partner performance reporting
• Participate in release management with sandbox strategy, source control, and deployments via SFDX
• Ensure proper controls, test coverage, and documentation for a robust control environment
• Operate with ambiguity and propose scalable solutions
• Experience building or maintaining partner/channel functionality in Salesforce and integrating with external platforms via REST/Bulk APIs
• Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and sandbox-to-prod releases
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools and ability to discuss their outputs
• Strong communication with sales, partnerships, finance, and engineering stakeholders
