Job summary

Stord is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day health of our Salesforce org, from user access and data integrity to automation that keeps our sales tech stack running smoothly.

You will partner with the Senior Manager, Business Systems and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, train teams, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Ability to design automation using Flows and Validation Rules.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation to reduce manual work.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
• Lead training sessions on new systems and processes.
• Champion data stewardship and governance practices.
