Job summary

Fluid Water Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our multi-entity Salesforce environment. The role focuses on configuring Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, building automations, and ensuring data integrity.

You will work with business stakeholders, maintain security settings, develop reports and dashboards, and lead change control and release cycles. A Salesforce ADM 201 certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Design and maintain Salesforce automation using Flows and declarative tools.
• Strong understanding of security, user management, and configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with change control, testing and release processes.
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification is desirable.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Tableau, CPQ is beneficial.
• Experience in multi-site or multi-entity environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Salesforce across multiple entities.
• Design and maintain automations using Flows and declarative tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and security.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support commercial and marketing teams.
• Oversee change control, testing and release processes.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce support contact and manage enhancement requests.
• Maintain backlog and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Produce user documentation and deliver training.
• Document system configurations and process maps.
