Job summary

Midwest Heritage Bank is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. The successful candidate will optimize processes, drive user adoption, and deliver executive reports while coordinating with leadership and SMEs across the organization.

The role blends technical Salesforce analysis, administration, and business-focused marketing to support data management and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience as a CRM administrator or similar experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 120+ users.
• Handle data inputs, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations.
• Coordinate upgrades and new development requests.
• Train users and grow Salesforce skills across the organization.
• Create reports to support business growth and process improvements.
• Act as liaison between users, vendors and development teams.
