The Goldschmidt Collective within the Department of Family & Community Medicine at the University of California - San Francisco seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce CRM deployment under the direction of the Technical Solutions Architect.
This role will handle day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement using declarative tools and best practices to ensure a reliable system.
Under the direction of the Technical Solutions Architect, the Goldschmidt Collective Salesforce Administrator will provide support related to the administration and usage of the Salesforce CRM system. The Salesforce Administrator will work with the Technical Solutions Architect to support the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. The incumbent will apply Salesforce knowledge and skills.to resolve a variety of moderately complex issues, and will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. Additionally, the incumbent will use their knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform and declarative tools to support the Technical Solutions Architect in maintaining the Salesforce configuration by working with custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. This individual should be highly organized, capable of working independently and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
The Goldschmidt Collective (TGC) is a unit within the Department of Family & Community Medicine that focuses on supporting healthcare providers nationwide (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists and other health care professionals) by offering expert, case-based, on-demand education, clinical guidance and capacity building. Works on data / information management problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. 5% - Works on basic to moderately complex databases with appropriately normalized data structures using intermediate level database design and programming techniques such as views, triggers and stored procedures.
