Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a Senior Applications Development Analyst to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce applications, steer technical direction, and mentor teams across Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and flows.

Role Overview

The Applications Development Analyst is a senior Salesforce professional responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications. The position provides technical leadership across Salesforce development, integration, automation, security, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities while ensuring adherence to best practices and enterprise standards.
