Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance a large-scale Salesforce environment in Omaha, Nebraska. This role combines strong admin skills with technical awareness and collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize processes and drive platform adoption.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, an employee 401K plan, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology environment.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience working with third-party vendors (vendor hosted and on premise).
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder’s needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions.
• Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills in order to debug and troubleshoot issues.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• nCino support, configuration, and maintenance experience.
• Salesforce Admin and/or Platform Developer certified.
• Experience with monitoring tools (i.e. Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog).

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance a large-scale Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative expertise with a technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and enjoys partnering with business stakeholders to optimize processes, improve user experience, and drive platform adoption.

Pay/Salary Range: $65,000.00/Year to $95,000.00/Year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
