Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a contract to hire position with a client in Philadelphia, PA. We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and build scalable, high-impact solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role starts as a 6‑month contract-to-hire and requires 4 days onsite (Mon–Thurs) at our Philadelphia office.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
• Partner with technical teams to build applications, solve integration challenges, and optimize the Salesforce environment.
• Create detailed technical designs covering workflows, data management, automation, and document generation.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with UI/UX teams on best-practice Salesforce design approaches.
• Proactively implement enhancements while supporting break/fix needs.
• Perform Salesforce admin duties: profiles, custom fields, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and tooling.
• Support hosted applications—monitor logs, analyze performance, handle deployments, and respond to user inquiries.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and manage incident tickets to resolution.
• Champion continuous improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across complex orgs and integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Copado, Jira).
• Administrator / Advanced Admin
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data governance.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
