Job summary

Prairie Consulting Services in Illinois is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Production Support Analyst to provide daily production support, administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and small enhancements within a large enterprise Salesforce environment.

The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite, hourly W-2 compensation at $45.00 per hour, and involves collaborating with business and IT teams on deployments, data loads, and ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration/Development or Production Support experience.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, integrations, and data management.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM.
• Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud experience preferred.
• OmniStudio/OmniScripts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
