Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer to support and administer enterprise Salesforce environments in a hybrid Chicago setting. The role requires experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio, Apex, integrations, and ServiceNow-based processes within a complex enterprise environment.

You will serve as the primary Salesforce support engineer, managing daily operations, configurations, and data integrity, while collaborating across ITSM and data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years Salesforce Admin/Developer experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years ServiceNow ITSM experience.
• 2+ years data architecture and data migration.
• Strong Salesforce admin best practices knowledge.
• Experience with Lightning Flows, Reports/Dashboards, LWC, Apex, Batch Apex.
• Experience with Omnistudio/Omniscripts, Informatica, REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, ETL, GitHub, Copado.
• Experience with Agile, Azure DevOps, Azure, Confluence, and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce support engineer for multiple Salesforce applications.
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and administration of Salesforce environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and support activities.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, territory management, and security settings.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, sharing rules, permission sets, and Lightning Flows.
• Develop and maintain triggers, custom objects, and workflow enhancements.
• Perform minor Apex and Batch Apex code modifications.
• Troubleshoot Lightning Web Components (LWC) and platform issues.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Execute data loads, migrations, and cleanup activities.
• Support enterprise data architecture and governance initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce environments.
• Support integrations involving REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, Informatica, and ETL processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate brings experience with Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio, Apex, integrations, and ServiceNow-based support processes within a complex enterprise environment.

• Contract engagement through February 2027
• Work Model: Hybrid

Core Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience(Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
• 2+years of experience working with ServiceNow and ITSM processes
• 2+ years of experience with data architecture and data migration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform administration
• Experience with Lightning Flows, reports and dashboards, record types, page layouts, permission sets, territory management, roles and profiles, sharing rules, custom objects, Apex development, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Omnistudio, Omniscripts, Informatica, REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, ETL processes, GitHub, and Copado deployments
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
