Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce administration/operations experience.
- Production incident management experience.
- Experience with Data Loader/ETL, Salesforce Flow/automation.
- Experience with API/integration troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting lead-generation or lead-routing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce platform and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage production incidents and resolutions.
- Monitor lead flows, integrations, APIs, and automation.
- Use Data Loader or ETL tools for data updates and reporting.
- Coordinate with development teams and drive issue resolution.
- Perform UAT and validate production releases.
- Support dealer onboarding and Salesforce integrations.
- Work with dealer partners, media vendors and third-party technology partners to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide clear communication and escalation of business-critical production issues.
- Investigate issues hands-on within Salesforce.
