Job summary

InfoVision21, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce & Zuora professional in Santa Clara to design, develop, and integrate Salesforce and Zuora solutions, focusing on Quote-to-Cash processes.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Zuora Billing. You will design data models, security, and automations, and you will implement integrations between Salesforce and Zuora as well as other enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with both Salesforce and Zuora.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Zuora CPQ/Quotes.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Strong Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
• Experience with Zuora Billing, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and invoicing.
• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce–Zuora integrations.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and integrations.
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, security models, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and Zuora as well as other enterprise applications.
• Design, configure, and implement Zuora Billing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ / Zuora Quotes and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Configure products, product rate plans, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and billing processes.
• Design and support Zuora integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Work with Zuora APIs and integration frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and Zuora environments.
