Job summary

Sanguine Tech Group is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Admin/Developer for a hybrid role. You will own administration across multiple clouds and build custom solutions using Apex and LWC, with integrations to Banner, Workday, and more.

The role requires hands-on experience, strong communication, and the ability to support several client orgs concurrently. Fully remote options are available with US overlap hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Salesforce administration and development in a consulting or managed services environment.
• Active Salesforce ADM 201 and Platform Developer I certifications.
• Strong declarative skills: Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards.
• Development experience across Apex (triggers, asynchronous processing), LWC, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and platform limits.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, named credentials, OAuth 2.0/JWT.
• Proficiency with Git, feature branching, PR workflows, Salesforce DX, and sandbox management.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench or Dataloader.io.
• Ability to support multiple client orgs in parallel and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce engagements, balancing declarative config and custom code.
• Administer multiple Salesforce orgs across Sales, Service, Experience, and Education Clouds.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL solutions.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and Banner, Workday, Ellucian, ERPs, and marketing platforms.
• Create reports/dashboards for admissions, advancement, student success, sales, and service leaders.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and FERPA-compliant access.
• Maintain data quality with deduplication, bulk loads, imports, backups, and hygiene routines.
• Write maintainable code with strong Apex test coverage and best practices.
• Manage release workflows with sandboxes, change sets, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools.
