We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and understands how to translate marketing and sales requirements into scalable, well-governed system solutions. This role is for a self-starter who can prioritize competing requests, partner effectively with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders, and keep our CRM and marketing automation platform clean, reliable, and aligned with business goals. The Salesforce Administrator will manage day-to-day configuration, support campaign operations, and help drive adoption of best practices across the marketing and sales team. Strong communication skills and technical troubleshooting abilityare essential.
This is a fully remote role.

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
