Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead platform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and security settings.
• Design and deploy automated Salesforce workflows to optimize business processes.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
• Plan testing strategies, UAT criteria, and automate test scripts.
• Oversee data health, governance, duplicate handling, and data backup procedures.
• Create and maintain system documentation and dashboards for senior leadership.
