Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Strong experience designing, building, and troubleshooting Flow automation.
• Configuring objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, and validation rules.
• Knowledge of security, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and object-level security.
• Experience building reports and dashboards.
• Analytical, problem-solving and requirement-evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce: objects, fields, record types, Lightning pages, validation rules, security, and Flow.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Evaluate gaps and propose simpler, maintainable approaches.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and reporting pipelines.
• Participate in testing, releases, and post-release validation.
• Document system changes and adhere to governance and security standards.
